Refurbished Machinery

Thorough Overhaul: Each piece of machinery is fully disassembled for a detailed inspection.
Rigorous Parts Assessment: Damaged components are replaced with high-quality new or used parts, ensuring reliability.
Consumable Upgrades: All consumable items—such as seals, O-rings, gaskets, mechanical seals, bearings, and glasses—are systematically replaced to guarantee optimal performance.
Extensive Cleaning and Servicing: Major parts are cleaned and serviced with precision, ensuring smooth operation.
Expert Repainting: The machinery is treated with red oxide, followed by surface finishing and a final paint job for long-lasting protection.
Meticulous Assembly and Testing: After careful reassembly and lubrication, each machine undergoes rigorous testing. We provide our customers with detailed testing videos and comprehensive process photos, reinforcing our transparency and commitment to quality.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Our dedication to quality is evident in our thorough inspection protocols:

Mechanical Parts: Each component is inspected by our trained staff to meet stringent specifications, ensuring they are free from defects and ready for immediate use.
Engine Parts: These components undergo specialized testing tailored to their requirements. For example, crankshafts are rigorously checked for MPI cracks, calibration, and precise measurements, while cylinder liners are evaluated against manufacturer-specific wear limits.
Automation and Electrical Components: Our qualified engineers rigorously test these parts to confirm accurate input and output, ensuring all operational parameters are met. For items requiring on-board testing, please note that they may not include a working condition guarantee.
Pre-Supply Documentation: Before packaging, we provide our customers with photos and testing videos of each part and item. This allows for the detection of any specification changes or potential issues, ensuring complete transparency and confidence in the products being supplied.

Packaging

We understand that safe delivery of spare parts is paramount.

Small Components: These are securely packed in plastic seal bags to shield against environmental exposure, while metal parts are coated in oil and grease to prevent corrosion.
Larger Items: Wrapped in bubble sheets and additional plastic for enhanced protection, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.

Every item is labeled with a XEBEC MARINE identifier, detailing part descriptions, numbers, and quantities for ease of tracking.

Finally, all items are packed in sturdy wooden boxes lined with thermocol sheets, providing superior cushioning. Each box is clearly marked and wrapped in plastic to protect against moisture and dust, ensuring that your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
